By sliding the sleeve backward on the Floating Holder, the adapter and tap can be removed and a new one inserted. Release the sleeve and the adapter is locked into place and you're ready to go! Specifically designed to insure against tool pull out and against damage to the mechanism as a result of dirt and chips.
